Application Process

1. Submit your Application to V8 Supercar Events along with the following : -

• Signed copy of the Terms and conditions page
• Picture or detailed drawing/site plan of your intended site layout

2. Once your application has been received it will be assessed by V8 Supercar Events to ensure your product does not clash with any of our current sponsors and that it meets our standards in terms of image and presentation. If you are successful you will receive your letter of Confirmation securing your site along with our Official Event Suppliers List and any other relevant information to V8SCE.

3. Once you have received your letter of Confirmation you will need to provide the
following asap : -

• Public Liability Insurance for amount no less than $20mil.
• Engineering Certificate (for those erecting temporary structures)
• List of staff that require accreditation

4. Further details including a map with your site location will be issued to you in the lead up to the Event. Please note that your final location is at the promoter’s discretion and can be changed at any time up until Event day due to unforseen circumstances.
